This baking class is suitable for ANYONE! Beginners, intermediates and advanced bakers are all welcome. Everyone gets to bake their own bakes, and this class will include a 30 minute lunch break - please bring lunch with you. Refreshments and snacks will be provided throughout the class.
This class will run for approximately 6.5-7 hours.
To attend this class you must be 16 years and over.
What will be covered in this class?
- Choc chip cookie baking
- Chocolate brownie baking
- Vanilla cupcake baking
- Preparing vanilla buttercream
- Piping techniques to decorate your cupcakes
What will you get to take home?
Each student gets to take home everything they bake! This will include:
- 12 Vanilla Cupcakes
- 9 Chocolate Brownie squares
- 8 Choc Chip Cookies
- Full list of equipment used in the class
- Printed recipes for everything covered in this class
- Discounts for online suppliers

- Refreshments and snacks throughout the class
